Please understand the Nevada DMV Title department is backlogged with titles. For vehicles purchased and registered in Nevada from dealer’s, typical wait time to receive your new tile is roughly 8-12 weeks. The Nevada DMV acknowledges they are backed up on their website page, https://dmv.nv.gov/title.htm.

We will be begin uploading confirmation of when your title was received by the DMV for processing. Titles received by the DMV does not mean that they have begun processing your title. Simply, they are aware of it. We can not speed up the title process for you. Once it’s received by the DMV you will need to wait until it’s been processed and delivered. Local DMV offices will only have the information of the last processed title.
